Increased demand for quality investment operations leadership support from the investment team have driven the requirement for this newly created Investment Trade Operations Team Leader position.

As part of the investments team, this new leadership position will be focused on a variety of challenging investment trade operations oversight work to support the investment operations team focusing across multiple sectors including Equities, International Equities, Fixed Interest and ESG Investing. Your challenge will be to lead a small investment trade operations team and you show initiative to improve efficiencies, partnering with their global custodian and senior investment stakeholder across their investment group.

To be successful you will have some prior Investment Operations Team leadership experience from either the Superannuation, Investment Management or broader Financial Services Industry with good technical knowledge across investment operations with proactive communication skills allowing you to interact successfully at senior levels of the business. Holistic custodian oversight experience across investment operations including (settlements, trade matching, liquidity, corporate actions, unit pricing) will be well regarded.
