**Position Overview**Working closely with the Sales and Production teams, Heads of Departments and VFX Supervisors, you will be responsible for creating initial bids using a range of collateral including scripts, VFX breakdowns, conceptualised work and spreadsheets.

Along with your experience of the VFX industry, you will have exceptional capability and tenacity, grasp concepts quickly, and have an eagerness to learn, which will underpin your success.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be a motivated, analytical, a methodical thinker, comfortable working autonomously and highly organised. You will need to be calm under pressure, and highly capable of consistently delivering quality work.

Having prior experience bidding work from client VFX breakdowns or from script, strong working knowledge of Excel and the MS Office suite, cineSync, CRM's and client exposure and negotiation is desirable but not necessary. Attention to detail is imperative. A demonstrated talent for Excel is highly regarded.

**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the Sales & Production teams and various Heads of Departments to produce initial VFX bids from scripts and breakdowns.
- Create initial project plans and margins for all bids to assist in scenario planning.
- Assist with the ongoing development of RSP's bidding methodology.
- Assist with coordinating sales focused marketing initiatives.
- Take responsibility for your work. Ensure it meets team & company quality standards.
- Hand over awarded bid packages to production, ensuring information is clear and concise.
- Foster and maintain professional relationships.
