**ROLE**

We are looking for someone who can thrive in a fast and exciting busy work culture manage multiple projects at one time and be able to switch and chop priorities as needed. This role will include 30% social team management and 70% social media & copywriting.

Be a brand ambassador for the agency by sharing knowledge about existing and emerging social media platforms. Recommend strategies to increase engagement on social media. Test and learn new formats within existing channels. Recommend strategies for existing and new business opportunities.

Collaborate with other team leaders in the agency on projects and resourcing. Onboarding and training new team members. Be an integral part of the Leadership Team by contributing to monthly Leadership Team meetings to discuss overall business strategy and improvements.

Provide training, coaching and mentoring to support overall team performance. Offering end-of-month wrap-ups, discussing your team’s wins and learnings from the month.

Manage and implement content within the social pages and calendar across allocated client lists monthly, ensuring that the social posts, images, and the copy is consistent with brand guidelines and designed to connect with the client's target audience.

Brief the studio on design work/upcoming content creation for social media design and follow-through approval processes with clients. Responding to comments, customer service and sales queries, messages, and all reviews across Facebook, Instagram, and Google for allocated client list.

You will prepare copy for client campaigns including eDMs, websites, newsletters, radio scripts, Search/SEM Campaigns, and social platforms. Communicating regularly with the client and other stakeholders to ensure the approval process. Prepare monthly reports of page performance.

Proofreading content on regular basis, supporting team members during absence, and doing ad-hoc tasks of social media management. Copywriting for Facebook ads, google advert campaigns, SEO blocks, website builds & radio commercials. All processes are to be followed with attention to detail.

**YOU**
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience with a proven ability in a similar role within social media management, copywriting and team management
- Portfolio to demonstrate your best creative copywriting and persuasive language content
- You love all things social media
- Ability to work accurately under pressure
- Experience within an agency environment with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail
- Complete on-the-job training is provided with support from a motivational and positive team
