Your exciting new role will be split between the two..

20% Team Leader 60% Copywriter and 20% Social Media

**MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Social Team Leader**
- Provide training, coaching and mentoring to support overall team performance.
- Be our copywriting thought leader and teach the team how to write copy that sells.
- Maintain and teach copywriting SEO principles.
- Share knowledge about existing and emerging social media platforms.
- Recommend strategies to increase engagement on social media.
- Encourage the team to test and learn new formats within existing channels.
- Provide strategic recommendations for existing and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with other team leaders in the agency on projects and resourcing.
- Onboarding and training new team members.
- Host regular WIP’S with your team.
- Help your team members set goals and participate in performance management meetings.
- You will be an integral part of the 3PM Leadership Team.
- Contribute to monthly Leadership Team meetings to discuss overall business strategy and improvements.
- Offering end of month wrap ups, discussing your team’s wins and learnings from the month.

**MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Social Media/Copywriter**
- Write and prepare phenomenal copy for marketing material that is inspiring, captivating and a joy to read.
- Prepare copy for client campaigns including but not limited to: eDMs, websites, newsletters, radio scripts, Search/SEM Campaigns and social platforms.
- Manage and implement content within the social pages and calendar across allocated client list monthly.
- Ensure social posts, images and copy is consistent with brand guidelines and designed to connect with the clients target audience.
- Brief studio on design work/upcoming content creation for social media design and follow through approval processes with clients.
- Prepare monthly reports for social media clients detailing the performance of their pages.
- Page community management: responding to comments, customer service and sales queries, messages and all reviews across Facebook, Instagram and Google for allocated client list.
- Ensure content plans are set and approved by key stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Support Social Media team by proofreading content on a daily/weekly basis and supporting members of the team during absence.
- Maintain an exceptional level of attention to detail.
- Collaborate with internal 3PM teams regarding content ideas for clients.
- Daily ad-hoc tasks across the client list for Social Media platforms.

- You seriously love copywriting.
- You’re known for your attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritise and multitask a range of different duties at one time.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Demonstrated success with creative copywriting and persuasive language.
