Our Federal Government client is seeking a
**Program Support Officer** who can assist with day-to-day operations of the department's programs

**About the role**:

- Contribute to the day-to-day operations of the department’s programs
- Perform program quality assurance activities, including weekly data integrity checks
- Assist with planning and conducting remotely guided sample collections
- Engage with industry and internal stakeholders, including animal producers, processors, as well as other government agencies
- Perform other reporting and administrative tasks as needed

**Ideally you will**:

- Be accountable for completion of allocated tasks and organizing workflow
- Understand the impact of the work area on operational outcomes for the program
- Identify issues and contribute to the resolution of issues and problems
- Be willing to receive the Q fever vaccination

**Desirable**:

- Current drivers' licence
- Previous experience in supporting the delivery of operational programs
