Australian Federal Government Agency has a requirement for an experienced** Program Support Officer** in Canberra or Brisbane.

**Role Summary**:
Provide reporting, analysis and support services within a program Office team to enable Project Manager success, and to support the Program Manager in assuring Data Strategy implementation.

Deliver divisional projects (including all necessary actions to plan, research, develop, draft, consult, manage, present, publish and store);
Assure program and strategy achievement;
Support delivery and capability uplift excellence and communities of practice;
Provide management information to support executive decision making.

Provide change management and communications required to ensure effective capability implementation

**Responsibility**:
Liaise and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver programs services.

Provide advice, procedural guidance and administrative support to staff.

Monitor and report in the achievement of program outcomes, key performance indicator and quality assurance to assist the Program Manager and senior leadership team in managing overall performance.

Liaise with other staff and teams to resolve and/or escalate program risk and issues.

Draft a range of written material including business cases, reports, executive briefs and corporate documentation.

Undertaker research and analysis and contribute to the preparation of reports on relevant program activities and/or project milestones.
