**About this role**:
This successful Melbourne-based design firm requires a Submissions Coordinator to join the team. Reporting to the Director of Strategy and Transformation, the Submissions Coordinator plays a vital role in managing and coordinating the end-to-end submission process. Working closely with our marketing and project teams, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding submissions that showcase the practice's expertise and win new business opportunities. This is a part-time role 3.5 days per week.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage the submission process from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery.
- Review tender briefs to identify, create, or source high-quality content that aligns with our brand.
- Collaborate with project teams and leadership to develop winning strategies and enhance the submission process.
- Contribute to written submissions and coordinate and manage contributions from others to ensure cohesive content.
- Utilize in-house graphic programs, particularly Adobe InDesign, to produce submission content and collateral that adheres to branding guidelines.
- Prepare client presentations and supporting pitch collateral, both in print and digital formats.
- Assist in researching upcoming business development and submission opportunities.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Experience in coordinating and producing submissions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong focus on InDesign.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate stakeholders effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as an integral part of a team.
- An understanding of the built environment and design concepts would be advantageous.
- A degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferable.
