Our Finance team has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, outcomes focused individual with strong analytical skills to join our team as a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst.

As a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst, you will be a key member of the Finance team, focusing on financial planning, analysis, accounting, and reporting. Your role will support the company's financial objectives and strategic initiatives. Additionally, you will assist the FP&A Manager in activities that enable well-informed commercial decisions within dnata's Finance function.

**PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Produce timely and accurate weekly and monthly reports.
- Assist in managing labour spending and driving better commercial decisions.
- Analyse financial data and build financial models.
- Support CAPEX financial modelling.
- Assist in new business development, tender creation, and review.
- Prepare budgets and forecasts.
- Identify and implement process improvements and enhance reporting.
- Evaluate financial performance and recommend optimization actions.
- Collaborate with the accounting team for accurate financial reporting.
- Complete ad-hoc analysis as required.
- Support system conversions and upgrades.

**ESSENTIAL CRITERIA**
- Degree qualified as a minimum.
- Completion or progress towards a finance-related professional qualification (e.g., CPA).
- Proven track record in a similar position.
- High proficiency in Excel and financial modelling experience.
- Strong analytical and data-gathering skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to work as part of a team and independently to achieve work objectives.
