About Us
At ANZ, we're shaping a world where people and communities thrive, driven by a common goal: to improve the financial wellbeing and sustainability of our millions of customers.
About the Role
As a Product Owner of Risk Infrastructure, the role will lead a high-performing team developing and implementing solutions around data and Risk decision systems while ensuring the systems are operational. The role will collaborate with the Risk business to ensure that the work is strategically aligned with the tribe mission and engage with other Product Owners and Initiative Leads to align and manage interdependencies. The role will enable and inspire a multi-disciplinary team ('Squad') to pursue its mission by guiding them on 'what' work should be completed by the squad. In addition to being a people leadership role (with hard and dotted reporting lines), it is a key leadership role, galvanising the squad around a vision and supporting them to successfully deliver customer value at pace. Part of the responsibility will be to engage with Technology in the deployment of Risk strategy changes and work with project teams outside of Risk wanting to use Risk infrastructure. The role is also expected to effectively translate Business Requirements into workable User Stories and have a mindset to deliver and measure business value as part of the platform release train.
