About the Role

Based in the Northern Brisbane Suburbs, this role will focus on providing customer centric HR advice and support. Your ideas and opinions will be encouraged and valued, as will your drive and commitment to deliver. Working in a team of 6, your key accountabilities will be:

- Generalist HR support and partnering
- EA renegotiations and review
- Rolling out new HR initiatives
- Investigating and advising on payroll enquiries
- Support for end to end recruitment and onboarding
- Ensuring appropriate rosters are set up
- Job analysis and classification
- Reviewing and sign off on employment contracts.

**About You**
- Proven experience in HR or administrative functions
- Those with a defence background will be highly regarded
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable with award interpretation, and payroll enquiries
- Professionally presented with a strong commercial acumen
- Warm, confident, positive and engaging with excellent consultation and communication skills
- Curious and innovative
- Australian Citizen and happy to pass a baseline security check.
