Epsilon Retail Media is the first platform to couple AI with person-first identity in the ad server, bringing people-based intelligence to retail media, enabling retailers and advertisers to exponentially grow their ability to drive sales while increasing brand loyalty.

Built on Epsilon’s core strengths, this platform further unites Epsilon’s existing suite of retail media solutions and CitrusAd under Epsilon Retail Media.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, customers and our Verticals team to ensure features deliver the right customer value and outcomes
- Translate business objectives into actionable product specifications and requirements
- Work directly within a delivery squad, and ensure the team are working on the most valuable items through a prioritised product backlog
- Support product and design teams to align with the overall product development strategy
- Explore new trends and innovations to make our product world-class
- Work with the Test and Release team to ensure rigorous testing and functional delivery of the product
- Contribute to product development by tracking technology trends and validating product requirements and specifications

**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of experience in software product management or working as a product owner or business analyst
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for problem-solving
- Strategic thinker and highly analytical
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project leadership skills
- Experience in Agile Technology Team (preferably using Scrum) and modern technology stacks
- Previous experience with APIs
- Experience or familiarity with advertising technology products and/or retail and ecommerce products will be highly regarded
