**The Company**
FGB Natural Products is a proud Australian pharmaceutical manufacturer specialising in over-the-counter essential oil-based products, cough and cold preparations, nutritional products, medical devices, pharmaceuticals and household and personal care products. Boasting leading wellness brands including Bosisto’s, Eukybear, and extra life, as well as exclusive distribution licenses for Vicks Home Health and Braun Health and Wellbeing products.

**The Role**
They will effectively manage labour to get the agreed line output at the best possible operating costs. They will work collaboratively across the business meeting production targets, planned maintenance and setting and complying with agreed KPI and budgets. Furthermore, they will ensure that all products are always compliant with pre-agreed customer standards and specifications and will be a key part of the operational
management team.

**Skills & Experience**
- At least 3 years hands on experience in Food or Pharmaceutical manufacturing
- At least a further 3 years’ experience in a line management, supervisory or production management role; preferably within the FMCG sector (ideally Food or Beverage).
- Strong computer literacy and experience with ERP
- An understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles & CI processes, but on a practical basis with bottom line focus.
