Our client is seeking a skilled PMO Analyst to join a newly created PMO within the renewable sector. As the PMO Analyst, you will work with the project management office (PMO) to provide project support and coordination. This is a permanent position as it is a ongoing portfolio support role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with project managers to analyse data, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other project-related documents.
- Create and maintain project dashboards and reports to track project progress and identify potential issues.
- Provide administrative support to project managers, including scheduling meetings, coordinating project logistics, and ensuring timely completion of project deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across projects.
- Assist in the development and implementation of PMO processes and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a PMO or project management support role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- PMP certification is a plus.
