**Duties will include**:

- Conduct readiness, impact, and training assessments to identify crucial change prerequisites.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine change strategies as needed.
- Facilitate working groups, sessions, and training for smooth transitions.
- Cultivate relationships with teams, stakeholders, SMEs, and vendors.
- Execute comprehensive change strategies with communication and training plans.
- Prepare progress reports for sponsors, managers, and Strategy & Transformation Director.
- Maintain open communication with IT Services, Business Engagement, and stakeholders.
- Oversee project progress, coordinating both internal and external activities.
- Design systems to gauge change adoption and address gaps.
- Administer, monitor, and offer insights on change progress.
- Identify project risks and propose solutions for change dynamics.
- Collaborate with Directors, vendors, stakeholders for impactful change.
- Develop deep org understanding, foster optimal outcome relationships.
- Collaborate with project teams for successful change implementation.

**Who we are looking for**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources, Organisational Development or similar.
- 3-5+ years in managing and implementing change within complex IT projects.
- Familiarity with technologies pertinent to Aged Care, NDIS, care, and school sectors.
- Skillful in planning, implementing, and monitoring positive and collaborative change.
- Effective communication of technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Extensive engagement with senior stakeholders, training, and adept communication.
- Proven ability in collaborating, building relationships across organizational units.
- Excellent writing, speaking, and presentation skills, crafting high-quality change strategies.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on positive outcomes for both business and personnel.
- Proficient in negotiation and relationship management.
- Change management qualifications (Prosci or similar) (desirable).
