Exciting contract opportunity for an experienced Change Manager to work on a 12 month contract in Newcastle
**Your new company**
Hays are currently working with an established organisation in Newcastle, NSW. This organisation has a large number of projects underway and require an experienced Change Manager to support the business with a Cyber Security initiative.
**Your new role**
As the Change Manager, you will have a significant impact on the strategic direction of this high-profile Cyber Security project. You will plan and manage the people, process and behaviour change across the initiative by working closely with the project team and impacted business stakeholders. You will assess impacts on a wide range of stakeholder groups and develop and deploy change management and stakeholder engagement plans as well as communications in order to maximise the project outcomes minimise the resistance to change.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Extensive experience working as a Change Manager in complex, multi-stream environments
- Confident in completing a wide range of Change Management activities including impact analysis, change plans and training needs assessment
- Excellent communication and engagement skills with an ability to liaise with and influence stakeholders of all levels of the business
- Relevant Change Management Certifications and previous exposure to Prosci preferred
- Understanding of Higher Education environments and Cyber Security projects will be highly regarded
