Working in a call centre and looking for development?
As a Customer Service Specialist at NAB, you’ll support the Payment & Disputes team with troubleshooting and a variety of admin tasks. On a day-to-day basis you will:
- Speak with customers who need to dispute a payment and gather relevant information to troubleshoot
- Actioning calls from customers, business bankers, corporate managers
- Liaise with the vendor and other financial institutions to follow up on the transactions
- Perform routine and ad hoc administration tasks
- Review customer transactions and qualify the dispute
- Provide information/updates to internal stakeholders
You’ll be working on average 38 hours per week with opportunities to work
Your working hours will be Mon-Fri between 8:30 am - 5 PM. The role provides flexible working arrangements with a healthy balance between team bonding and work from home.

To be successful in this role you will have:
1. Professional communication skills - written and verbal
2. Previous Call centre experience (mandatory)
3. Previous banking experience (highly desirable)
4. Strong analytical skills and be customer centric
