About the Role
This role is an excellent opportunity for anyone with a customer service background that is ready to progress their career into the Banking and Finance sector.
Your understanding of your customers and the Bank's offerings means you always know the right specialist to refer customers to for their more complex needs whilst assisting with general enquires.
What will you be doing- Receiving inbound calls- Building and establishing relationships with customers- Creating positive outcomes- Problem-solving and objection handling- Making everyday banking simple and easy
