About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for investigating fraud and suspicious activity concerning debit card ,credit card and other banking services. As a customer service specialist, you’ll be contributing and making an impact every day.
What you will be doing.- Handle inbound and outbound calls (as required) within the required time frame- Analyzing data to identify any fraudulent and suspicious activities- Assisting with raising a dispute on any unauthorized charges- Assist customers with replacing lost or stolen card- Provide appropriate solutions for customers, and follow up to resolve any issues
If you’re interested, here is what you need to know.- Tuesday to Saturday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm OR Sunday to Thursday 8:00am to 4:00pm- Training onsite for 5 weeks, flexible with working from home post training- Do work that matters- On-the-job ongoing support & development, opportunities to advance- In compliance with site, requirements must be double vaccinated.- Excellent communication skills-
- Experience in the banking industry is a plus- Proficient in Microsoft- Must have time management discipline, attention to detail, ability to maintain confidentiality- Ability to take direction and work independently
