About the Role
As a Customer Service Specialist you will be responsible for overseeing all customer interactions, improving processes, and driving a culture of excellence. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order management, problem resolution, and overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Work in the customer service team, providing high levels of service across all channels
- Develop and implement new customer service strategies to enhance the overall client experience
- Oversee order processing, inquiries, and issue resolution, ensuring timely and effective responses
- Work closely with sales, operations, and logistics teams to optimize the customer journey
- Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and a solution-driven approach.
- Drive continuous improvement in customer service processes, systems, and policies with a strong focus on automation
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Specialist (ideally in retail, wholesale, or FMCG)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in order management, CRM systems, and customer service best practices. Shopify, Gorgias & Starshippit are highly regarded
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for delivering top-tier customer experiences
- Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
