**Your new role**

The Internal Import/Export Administrator will act as a coordinator and provide product/service information and resolve any emerging problems that clients might face with accuracy and efficiency for product being imported and exported.
- Ensure ALL Export Orders are collated and sent to the WH for packing within 12/24hrs or receipt
- Create and administer ALL Export Documentation (Express - AIR/OCEAN) (SLI's for WH, Logistics, Trade Compliance)

- Demonstrate urgency by answering Local & Export customer enquiries in an efficient and productive manner to ensure responses within 1 to 2 business days.
- Strive for continuous improvement through problem identification and resolution.
- Customer and Distributor satisfaction
- Maintenance and follow-up on distributor agreements.
- Attend incoming/outgoing mail and office supplies purchases
- Freight experience-desirable
- Maintain invoice files and extract freight invoices for payment
- Assist in management and procurement by liaising with production and planning (US Based)

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Ability to problem-solve using internal tools developed to assist our network
- Flexible work attitude
- PC knowledge and data entry skills.
- Good command of English.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills and a professional and friendly attitude
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position
- Team player and ability to work in a small office environment
