**Your day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- This will include utilising both CargoWise One and SAP
- Processing consignments and associated documentation in line with clients expectations and regulatory requirements
- Cargo tracking, data quality control and invoicing
- Provided with new & realistic challenges through KPI's and a customised career development that you get to create with the support of leadership
- Maximise profit through strong supplier relationships and operational excellence
- Opportunities to present new and innovative solutions to leadership - your feedback matters
- Handling all Australia wide export operations and customer service queries

**To be considered for your new career opportunity, you must have**:

- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in export air & sea freight forwarding environment
- CargoWise One experience is Essential
- Ability to deal with internal and external 3PL providers
- Valid Dangerous Goods accreditation or experience necessary
- Certificate of Origin and Free Trade agreement experience through VECCI
- SAP experience will be an advantage however not essential
- National transport experience
- An ability to plan and coordinate to deliver desired outcomes within deadlines
- Ability to work in a team environment
- High attention to detail
- Great communication, customer service and numeracy skills are required
