**About the role**.**

Our team is growing We are currently looking for a talented Export Manager to join our team and have responsibility for growing the McCain export business across existing and new customers, countries and channels. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about growing an export business with a world-famous company

**What you’ll be doing.**
- Growing the McCain export business across existing and new customers and channels
- Identifying opportunities for existing and new ranges across the retail and food service portfolio
- Achieving a budget built on YOY growth through creating & executing a 5-year plan.
- Managing existing customers and markets and developing new ones, possessing strong relationships at all levels, from Buyer’s to General Managers & Directors.
- Market analysis & development through a defined strategy and plan.
- Travelling regularly

**What you’ll need to be successful.**
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong export distributor relationships
- Excellent knowledge of the export landscape and its complexities (markets/incoterms/regulatory/documentation/country legislation)
- Highly organized & demonstrated ability to multitask.
- Good communication skills
- Proven ability to grow and develop a large scale multi layered business.
- Valid passport and ability to travel regularly.
