Export Sales Administrator

Our client has been serving the global dairy market for over 50 years and is recognised for providing superior service and premium product to their global markets.
An excellent opportunity has presented for an Export Sales Administrator to join their tight-knit, highly dedicated team. This is a varied role that includes approving all orders, maintaining finance insurance credit limits, updating customer details, providing back up to several other roles in the department and project work as required.
Obtaining product clearances & container release details, completion of pre-receival advice, preparation of export documentation, regular liaison with international clients and suppliers, regular liaison with customs, freight forwarders, shipping lines and other ad hoc duties as required.
It is essential that you have previous experience with the preparation of export documentation from a manufacturing environment and can demonstrate very high attention to detail working in an FMCG exporter. You must have the ability to work effectively in a close team environment and be able to multitask.
This role would be well suited to someone with 5+ years export experience who is looking to join a highly professional environment to cement their export knowledge & skill set This is an excellent opportunity to join a team who will value your ability to work independently, your commitment and your integrity.
