Your new role

Are you ready to make a career change? As a Domestic Payments Team Member, you’ll provide support to multiple business functions on reconciliation projects.

Located at 700 Bourke Street, you will be working between 8AM - 5PM usually on a shift of 8-4 or 9-5.

Following 6 weeks of on the job training and buddying you will be allowed to enjoy a hybrid working environment.

Team Member (Other Bank Enquires)

You will be responsible for the reconciliation of customer accounts and cheque processing. Specifically looking after third-party cheque’s, you will be responsible for verification & validation as well as processing of payments.

In most cases you will need to investigate and follow up with the customer/client for payment authorisation.

Team Member (Cash & Cards Payment Operations)

Cash and Cards Pay Ops team members are responsible for balancing and reconciling cash flow in NAB’s retail branches.

This includes but is not limited to; Cash errors & NAB wide branch balancing. Card settlement activities. NAB Term deposit maintenance.

In this role you will liaise with various teams and have an opportunity to understand their functions.
