**Your new role**
The payment operations team is an operational team responsible for settlement processing for the global Derivatives business.

As a payment operations team member, you will be responsible for a range of routine processing and administrative activities including foreign exchange payments, and other assets such as stocks, bonds, commodities, currencies, interest rates, and market indexes. You will be also required to liaise with internal customers and external service providers, ensuring that instructions, enquires and queries, are acted on efficiently and effectively, seeking to maintain effective working relationships at all times.

You will be required to work 40 hours Monday to Friday between 8:30-5:30 (could also be 9:30-6:30 / 10:30-7:30). You must be open to possibly working nights in the future (8pm-5am or 1am-9am). The hourly rate is $32.69 per hour plus superannuation. Location is at 700 Bourke Street, Docklands. The roles will be 6 month temporary assignments with full time hours provided with the potential to have contract extensions or permanency with NAB.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Preferably Business/Commerce Degree although not essential
- An interest in financial markets or the processes involved to support back-office functions
- Proven customer service experience
- Previous client services or operations experience
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a high-volume environment
- Strong time management skills
- The ability to work in a team environment
