As part of the Unsecured Lending team at NAB (Dedupe), your main responsibilities will include:

- Making a combination of 25 outbound and inbound calls to customers from online warm leads to update KYC details of customers that may be incorrect or missing from their profiles.
- Following up with customers on missing documents or information required. Processing forms, updating customer details and general admin duties.

This position is a full time 6 months temporary assignment with potential for extensions or permanency paying $32.69 per hour plus super. Your working week will be from Mon - Fri between the hours of 8:30 am to 5 pm for 4 days per week and 1 day of 9:30 am to 6 pm. Total of 37.5 hours of work provided each week.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Customer Service experience is necessary
- Call centre experience is highly advantageous.
- Banking experience is highly advantageous.
- Previous exposure in an administration capacity is advantageous
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer interactions.
- Past experience in working as part of a team.
