**In the role of Associate Director, Go-To-Market, you will join the Enterprise Payments team that’s doubling down on customer obsession**_._

**Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**:

- Lead the delivery of GTM strategies for international and domestic payment solutions, leveraging a deep understanding of business objectives and target sectors.
- Equip sales teams with innovative tools and training programs, ensuring they have the resources to excel in delivering advanced payment solutions.
- Develop impactful marketing campaigns and thought leadership content to create meaningful and differentiated messaging related to payments capability.
- Prioritise customer needs and satisfaction, fostering innovation and creating strong, lasting customer relationships.
- Drive GTM initiatives to increase the adoption of payment solutions.
- Collaborate with product owners, transaction banking specialists, marketing, and change management teams to ensure successful product delivery and execution.
- Develop compelling customer value propositions (CVP) and sales enablement content.
- Provide insights on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Proactively manage GTM risk, meeting all policy and compliance requirements.

- Proven experience in product management, sales, and marketing.
- Strong technical background and understanding of the financial services industry, particularly payments and transaction banking.
- Comfortable leading workshops and developing operational processes linked to product development.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with influence and build effective stakeholder relationships.
- Proven business experience and ability to navigate the environment and achieve results.
- Ability to source, interpret, and present key data and critical insights.
