Join the exciting world of NAB's Digital Dispute Team As part of the team you will provide excellent customer service to consumer and business customers where no day is the same

**Your Responsibilities will include**:

- Taking inbound calls from both consumer and merchant customers who dispute a payment.
- Making outbound calls to customers who have lodged a dispute online.
- Probing potential payment disputes and performing chargebacks where necessary
- Handling 15-20 calls per day
- Perform a range of routine administrative & back end processing activities
- Providing an excellent level of customer service
