**About the position**:
Located at the Scanlan Theodore Head Office, the full-time Online Boutique Assistant will report into the Online Boutique Manager, working within a warehouse environment. This is a fast paced role that will keep you on your feet all day, assisting in the day-to-day business of the Scanlan Theodore Online Warehouse, liaising with the Client Experience Team and the wider Retail Team to ensure orders are picked and packed in a timely manner.

**Your day to day role will include**:

- Contributing to the execution of the global fulfilment strategy and online initiatives that will improve the online client experience
- Ensure order fulfilment is actioned effectively, including; tagging, reassigning, sourcing, accepting in transfers, client communication, refunds, manually fulfilling orders
- Assist Ship from Store Operations to monitor and maintain packaging supplies and complete replenishment for each boutique as necessary
- Liaising with distribution managers regarding transfers, accepting transfers and ensuring all stock is unloaded and arranged neatly and clearly in the warehouse
- Support with the completion of regular stocktakes within the online warehouse
- Assist with PR loans and manage logistics of goods as required
- Ensure all client orders and items leaving the warehouse meet quality control standards
- Ensure tidiness is maintained in the Online Warehouse, with a safety focus

**What are we seeking?**
- Previous experience working in a similar position
- Previous experience with Apparel21 is advantageous
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail and communication skills are required to ensure luxury standards are upheld
- Full time availability across Monday to Friday
