**Your Opportunity**:
In this newly created role, the Online Styling Assistant will assist with the implementation of the ecommerce content strategy and workflow process with a hands-on approach to supporting the creative process end to end. Support the execution of the Brand’s content ecommerce strategy ensuring consistent, on brand content is delivered on time and in line with brand guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the creative direction of the ecommerce site and its development ensuring a cohesive visual footprint is identifiable and in line with the brand’s design guidelines.
- Assist with the maintenance of brand photography guidelines.
- Support the production calendar to ensure all content is delivered on time and within budget.
- Support the Executive Producer in managing the creation and upkeep of the online line list, ensuring all information is up to date ahead of all e commerce shoots.
- Support all ecommerce photoshoot production included but not limited to the coordination of talent and creative castings and bookings, catering, H&M teams, travel arrangements and distribution of the call sheet.
- Collaborate with the Merch & Planning team to assist with the seasonal carry over review ahead of all new season launch events, collating all information and ensuring line list reflects all approved reshoots.
- Support the management of the sample collection in accordance with the line list per delivery ensuring that all styles are accounted for ahead of ecommerce shoots.
- Collaborate with the Production teams to manage sample deadlines and delivery to ensure photography is produced and delivered prior to product arrival.
- Support the Executive Producer in managing stakeholder expectations, working collaboratively with wider teams to ensure wider business objectives are being met.
- Support the management of content production priorities, including requests from wider teams.
- Assist with data entry for the ecommerce budget including the tracking and filing of invoices.
- 2+ years relevant experience in a similar role in luxury fashion.
- Tertiary qualification in communications, marketing or related discipline desirable.
- Previous experience with set styling, flat lay and hang lay techniques.
- Demonstrates clear decision making with excellent communication and problem-solving skills in all areas.
- Passionate about photography, styling, and the translation of such in to commercially driving content.
- Highly organised and efficient, with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to manage high workloads, tight deadlines and competing priorities with professionalism.
- Highly organized and effective delegation skills.
