**Your Opportunity**:
To provide weekly reporting and effectively action strategies to drive conversion and improve a strategic global approach to our clients shopping experience. To provide support to online boutique in achieving sales targets by ensuring products are actively enriched and on-site merchandising is aligned with digital campaigns on the website.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with relationship management of digital agency - including weekly meetings, refinements to strategy/budgets and accountability of deliverables.
- Develop and plan KPI’s, ROI and goals to achieve conversion and awareness with all campaigns.
- Manage day-to-day performance of all digital campaigns across all channels and ensure campaigns are activated in a timely manner. Includes planning, briefing and scheduling content.
- Monitor paid advertising spend and performance in line with marketing strategy and budget.
- Proactively implement optimisations and implement recommendations.
- Work alongside Marketing Manager and Content Communications Lead to ensure consistent messaging throughout all channels.
- Assist with execution of website content pages including but not limited to homepages and journal articles.
- Assist with curating collections to support digital marketing calendar and ensuring merchandising standards are supportive to drive conversion and improve the customer shopping experience.
- 1-2 years relevant experience in a similar role in luxury fashion
- Understands the product and trends in the Australian market
- Experience with online retail with particular use of Shopify or similar is preferable
- Experience with digital marketing with particular use of Klaviyo, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads or similar is preferable
- Experience with marketing strategies and flow management.
- Proactive and agile approach as the company expands
