**Your Opportunity**:
To create a competitive and profitable work environment which is committed to achieving the Scanlan Theodore business objectives on achieving online financial targets and performance through global business strategy. To provide support to online boutique in achieving sales targets by ensuring the end-to-end production cycle is executed to a high standard and ensure products are actively enriched and live on the website in line with season calendar.

To monitor, support and resolve online orders and troubleshoot issues. Actively assist with implementing digital marketing campaigns and reporting across all channels, including on-site merchandising. Contributes to developing and executing business initiatives with online roadmap.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the end-to-end production cycle in preparing line lists, tracking for photoshoots
- Assist with ecommerce photoshoot preparation and monitoring of product samples
- Attend styling workshops to ensure product knowledge is current
- Ensure product information is enriched across multiple platforms, including but not limited to AP21, Cloudinary, Shopify and Searchspring from tags, images, descriptions to wear it with
- Maintain merchandising standards that drive conversion and improve the customer shopping experience
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, transfers and online requests inline with sales and marketing calendar
- Assist with preparing reports on best sellers, category performance and search insights across relevant business tools
- Support and resolve troubleshooting issues for all website related enquiries in a timely manner, including; daily checks of orders, ensuring no Ap21 errors, inventory is correctly updated, pricing, check out issues and index merchandising
- 1-2 years relevant experience in a similar role in luxury fashion
- A qualification in eCommerce, Digital Marketing or related course would be highly regarded.
- Proven interest and ability in the digital ecommerce industry.
- Basic understanding of HTML
- Knowledge of Google Analytics
- Strong analytical skills and strong attention to detail
- Task oriented with a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure a positive outcome
- Understands the product and trends in the Australian market
- Overall ability to support and implement the online strategy
- Ability to work under pressure, responsible and highly organised
- Proactive and agile approach to role as the company expands
- Exposure to online retail with particular use of Shopify, Apparel21, Zendesk or similar is preferable
