Hachi Melbourne, situated in South Yarra, is searching for an experienced dog groomer to join our outstanding team. As a specialty boutique, we take pride in offering high-quality, Japanese-inspired grooming services, all within a small, friendly atmosphere.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years in dog grooming.
- Relevant qualifications are highly valued.

**Key Skills**:
You should be confident in:

- Staying current with breed standards, grooming techniques, and product knowledge.
- Demonstrating excellent scissor skills and handling a variety of dogs, including different breeds, sizes, and ages.
- Providing attentive care for pets in the salon.
- Maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ensuring safe handling of animals.
- Bathing, drying, de-matting, and clipping dogs with diverse coat types.
- Grooming and styling pets to meet owners’ preferences or adhering to established grooming standards.
- Accommodating special requests from pet owners.
- Identifying and communicating potential health issues in pets, such as ear infections, skin conditions, or dental concerns.
- Ensuring the safety of all pets during the grooming process.
- Valuing diversity in the workplace.
