Joining as HR Business Partner - you will have a generalist support role with a focus on project architecture and delivery that will further the business goals relating to improved workplace relations.

This is not a pure IR/ER or Workplace Relations role. It can be more accurately described as HR Generalist/Senior HR PB role that will provide support and guidance across P&C, impacting workplace relations.

You will have a number of key stakeholders across their retail landscape,

who will rely on you to develop effective solutions to complex and often detailed situations.

Ideally you will have significant experience dealing with broad and complex business initiatives and as well as a proven track record in resolving escalated employee/industrial relations matters. Essential to the role is the ability to influence outcomes through others and demonstrate a high level of initiative to proactively identify and respond to the needs of the team and business.

You will be supported by a talented and committed team of HR professionals, in a culture that promotes collaboration.
