As a fast-growing company, we are looking for a new Human Resources Manager to join our team.
**Qualifications**
- Tertiary degree and/or postgraduate qualifications in Human Resource Management and/or related specialised discipline i.e. industrial relations, work health & safety, organisational development. Postgraduate studies will be seen as advantageous;
- Substantial work experience relevant to the role including corporate/strategic HR management and effective management of multi-disciplinary teams.
- Extensive leadership experience and ability to provide direction, mentoring and support to a multi-disciplinary team;
- Interpersonal skills to positively build effective working relationships, drive engagement, motivate staff and influence culture.
**Responsibilities**:
- Co-ordinate processes, documents and records for employee movements and changes including producing and updating organisational charts.
- Maintain HR records, files, registers and databases, as well as HR forms and templates.
- Co-ordinate on-boarding and off-boarding processes for employees including assisting with inductions.
- Assist with recruitment and selection related administration including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks and monitoring the recruitment inbox.
- Establishes and maintains effective relationships with internal and external customers and gains their trust and respect.
- Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Role model Niche’s values and behaviours.
- Contribute to the delivery of HR projects and programs.
**Requirements to be successful**:
- Ideally a minimum certificate IV qualification Human Resources or other relevant HR qualification.
- At least 2+ years in a similar role within a Human Resources or recruitment team.
- Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills, accuracy is essential.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, clear and concise written and verbal communication.
- Highly developed planning, organisational and time management skills. With the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Flexible work ethic and resilience to meet varying workload demands of the position.
- Ability to work with initiative and versatility on a wide range of matters, including problem-solving issues that arise.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise tact, discretion and sensitivity to the confidentiality of personal information.
- Creative approach to problems and can ‘think outside the square’.
- Seeks feedback, takes it on board and modifies approach.
- Good research, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and experience using databases and online systems, O365 experience is an advantage.
**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
