**About the role**:
If you are a self-starter with a consulting/strategy background, then this is a fantastic opportunity to join Suncorp as we continue our technology journey to become the leading Trans-Tasman Insurer.

As Performance Manager, you’ll support the Executive Office of the Chief Information Officer in driving Technology & Operations’ (T&O) strategic priorities, addressing operational and cost challenges, and building cross-functional muscle and cohesion across T&O domains.

**What you'll do**:

- Drive strategic priorities that support the Technology & Operations (T&O) vision
- Proactively identify and define new transformational performance/cost opportunities for T&O
- Collaborate and ‘quarterback’ cross-functionally across teams to drive alignment and outcomes
- Create and tailor presentations to communicate complex technology, operational or financial problems and themes
- Build financial and analytical models to test hypotheses, measure impact, and develop sound recommendations

**What you'll bring**:

- 3+ years in Management Consulting or Product/Corporate Strategy equivalent roles
- Deep experience in financial management, portfolio, and operational reporting
- Experience in operational and financial forecasting processes, cost modelling, analysis/analytics
- Good working knowledge in portfolio project tools and reporting
- Previous experience working in large corporate project delivery functions
