**Location**:Office location will be determined dependant on the right applicant, as we have offices based in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, and Brisbane.

**About the Role**

As a Performance Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the team and the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. You’ll be putting together the most appropriate performance strategy for each client, balancing investment levels between social, search, and programmatic to make sure client KPIs are met.

You’ll also be the bridge between the performance team and the other teams in the agency, making sure our thinking is included in all relevant media plans and the best performance solutions are presented to the clients. Finally, you’ll be a mentor and coach for junior members of the Performance team, guiding their personal development and value to the business.

**Responsibilities of the role**:

- You are responsible for campaign client management and results across your core group of performance clients, across programmatic, paid social and search.
- Your role has a particular focus on leading search best practice throughout the entire team, as well as working with the SEO team to ensure complete alignment. Understanding client business goals and demonstrating proficiency in account management is your key focus.
- You will be managing the team daily to exceed client expectations, and take a hands-on role in larger accounts.
- Will be responsible for the success of all campaigns, strategically planned by making sure campaigns are aligned to business objectives, and managing the team to deliver insights on each campaign in detail beyond just the numbers.
- You will have the opportunity to work on new business opportunities where you will be a key consult from an SEM as well as broader performance perspective.
- You will keep abreast of the changing landscape and market conditions across client verticals allowing you to maintain your profile within the agency of an SEM thought leader.
