**Your Role
**As a Project Administrator, your role will assist in the administration of Ozcare's key strategic projects.
Your tasks will include:
- Perform high quality project administration duties to assist the team in the delivery of Ozcare's Strategic Projects (Business Process Improvement, Technology systems implementation's, Customer Platform upgrades)
- Assist with workflow, planning and organisation of daily activities including calendar management, facilitating team communications, scheduling tasks and meetings, monitoring deadlines and correspondence preparation
- Assist and support the implementation and management of business processes and procedures, including those specifically relating to the use of Ozcare's Enterprise Applications
- Maintain accurate records and high-quality documentation in accordance with the responsibilities of the role
- Drive and assist in continual process improvement as well as user adherence to process
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and testing of Ozcare Enterprise Applications and conduct training (when necessary) during upgrades and new releases
- Use discretion and sensitivity in all dealings and maintain strict standards of confidentiality

**Role Requirements**
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and with strong attention to detail
- Ability to effectively prioritise and manage competing priorities
- Ability to work well under pressure and respond to deadlines
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in Business or Project operations and duties
- PMO or Project Coordination experience is highly desirable (or the ability to quickly gain this understanding)
- Demonstrated high level computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Certificate IV in Business or Administration or equivalent experience
- Maintain confidentiality of all information pertaining to Ozcare's Strategic Projects and its operations including any information which could be considered to be 'in confidence'
**Additional Requirements**
- Vaccinated (and maintain up-to-date vaccinations) against Influenza and COVID-19
