**Do you have experience and passion for supporting our teams across multiple Qld sites, to deliver care services for our clients to live their best lives at home?**

**We are looking for a Operations Administrator to join our team.**

**Your Role**
- As Operations Administrator for statewide community based operations, your role will provide critical support for our multiple Branches and Day Respite Centres to deliver services to our clients living at home

**Your Tasks **will include:

- Perform high quality administration support
- Assist with workflow, planning and organisation of daily activities including calendar management, facilitating team communications, scheduling tasks and meetings, monitoring deadlines and correspondence preparation
- Assist and support the documentation and implementation of business processes and procedures
- Drive and assist in continual process improvement as well as user adherence to process
- Maintain accurate records and high-quality documentation in accordance with the responsibilities of the role
- Liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to coordinate tasks, resources and projects within required timeframes
- Use discretion and sensitivity in all dealings and maintain strict standards of confidentiality

**Role Requirements**
- Certificate IV in Business or Administration or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in Business or Project operations and duties
- Project coordination experience is highly desirable (or the ability to quickly gain this understanding)
- Ability to effectively prioritise and manage competing priorities
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and with strong attention to detail

**Additional Requirements**
- Vaccinated (and maintain up-to-date vaccinations) against Influenza and COVID-19
- Current Police Screening Certificate
- Ability to effectively prioritise and manage competing priorities
- Demonstrated high level computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
- Ability to work well under pressure and respond to deadlines
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail and accuracy
