An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Public Relations & Communications Assistant to join Seed Heritage working on a Fixed Term Contract of 3 months.

Reporting to the PR & Communications Assistant Manager, this role will contributes to Seed Heritage brand communication with a focus on social media, PR and events in the busy Christmas period which is an exciting and active time for Seed Heritage.

**THE ROLE**:

- Social media scheduling, product tagging and reporting
- Work with our agency on talent and content briefing, the fulfilment of briefs and approvals
- Support social commerce by curating our social shopping experience
- Keep across emerging trends in the social and influencer landscapes, providing insights to the team
- Briefing the internal copywriter on social copy in advance
- Record invoices and costs monthly into budget tracker
- Regular connection with guest experience to understand customer love or any pain points
- Respond to media enquiries
- Prepare and distribute PR updates
- Support the planning of in-store and special events

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- A tertiary qualification or equivalent in Marketing (preferred)
- Social media knowledge required
- Proven CMS experience highly regarded
- Proven interest in the Retail Industry highly regarded
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong computer program skills including Microsoft Office programs i.e.. Excel, Word and Outlook
