The role leads Victoria's Sales and works closely with the interstate National Warehousing and Distribution Operations.

**Requirements**:

- To be successful in this role you will have a deep and wide understanding of the Victorian FMCG foods market.

As a self starter you are supported with internal sales administration for the delivery of profitable growth and exceptional customer service.

Your leadership style will bring the best out of a range of employees from across the Warehouse, Sales, and Administration to support your role.

You will have a vision across the FMCG foods market preferably including the Indian Ethnic Foods market and an interest in other related markets such as Asian.

Dealing effectively with customers at the local, and State levels is something you thrive on and always nurturing for mutual benefit.

As well as the strategic you have keen interest in the detail so that customers are never disappointed, be able to nurture large customers, manage product mixes, win new customers and provide ongoing development of your sales territory.
