We are looking for an experienced Sales individual to become part of our team as an Inside Sales Representative and deliver best-in-class, personalised experiences for our valued customers.

Not only is this role fundamental to us achieving our Team and Organisational goals, for our sales superstars, it has a proven growth and progression path, where you will learn from those around you, whilst also being empowered to manage your own success.

You’ll open doors, start discussions and develop customer relationships via inbound and outbound calls, as well as servicing web enquiries. This is an opportunity to help small and medium business with their waste management needs, allowing them to focus on their day-to-day.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Going the extra mile to provide a best-in-class, personalised customer service experience
- Harnessing and building relationships with customers, staying one step ahead of their needs to suggest relevant waste management solutions
- Inside Sales Representative - a genuine 360 role involving inbound and outbound calls and web enquiries

- You’re able to maintain prospect and lead information in our CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring that you use our systems and available data to support your success
