We're looking for a motivated and personable Retail Representative / Merchandiser to

help grow our brand in the ethnic and independent grocery channel. This role is a unique

mix of hands-on merchandising, store relationship management, and sales support —

perfect for someone looking to grow their career in FMCG with a fast-paced, culturally

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- _Service a consistent run of ethnic and independent grocery retailers across your territory_
- _Merchandise Village Dairy products — ensuring shelves and fridges are fully stocked clean, and properly priced_
- _Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with store owners and managers_
- _Support in-store initiatives such as new product launches, promotional activity, and price changes_
- _Generate sales leads and identify new customer opportunities to help expand our footprint_
- _Provide weekly updates and report back to the Head of Sales_
- _Capture and share competitor activity, customer feedback, and execution issues from stores_
- _Collaborate with the sales team to identify commercial opportunities and improve store coverage_

- _You live in or near Dandenong South, VIC and are familiar with local independent retailers_
- _You’re confident using a smartphone to take photos, submit visit notes, and stay in touch with the sales team_
- _You’re proactive, organised, and take pride in delivering results and maintaining standards in-store_

**What We’re Looking For**
- _Experience in FMCG, merchandising or grocery retail (independent/ethnic channel preferred)_
- _Strong communication and interpersonal skills — especially in culturally diverse settings_
- _Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision while staying aligned with business goals_
- _Fluent in English; speaking Hindi, Punjabi, or other South Asian languages is highly beneficial_
- _Current driver’s licence and own vehicle (fuel card support provided)_
- _Comfortable with basic technology including smartphone reporting and photo documentation_
