- The Plan Administration Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Onboarding Team and the Invoice Administration Team.

You will be responsible for the management of onboarding activities, identifying and managing risk in internal processes and acting as an initial escalation point on invoice issues.
- This is an 8-month parental leave cover.
- Available for people located near the Brisbane office or one of nib's hubs Hybrid working arrangement available.

Your duties may include- New customer queries, plan rollovers, plan extensions, offboarding requests, and distribution of workloads amongst the team-
- Being first point of consultation on complex queries and issues-
- Overseeing the Invoice Administration Team managing the claiming of invoices, assessing and resolving issues with invoices received and related functions-
- Playing a key role in supporting automation of invoice entry process and identifying opportunities to redesign and improve processes-
- Managing risk in internal processes and acting as an initial escalation point for the Invoice Administration Team around invoice issues-
- You will be responsible for workforce planning including leave management and recruitmentLet’s talk about you
- To be successful in this role you will have previously led a team and worked in an environment with constant conflicting priorities. You will also have experience in workforce planning and performance for multiple direct reports. Experience within the NDIS space would be advantageous but not essential.

The role will be working for the Cannon Hill Thrive office with flexibility regarding remote work available.
