**About the Role**:
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day activities of our operations team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth internal processes, coordinating schedules, managing documentation, and assisting with communication between departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative and operational support to the operations team and wider business.
- Coordinate staffing schedules, site rosters, and shift coverage.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Support onboarding and induction of new team members.
- Assist with compliance, auditing, and reporting tasks as required.
- Identify process improvements and assist with implementing solutions.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role (operations or similar field preferred).
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.

**Desirable**:

- Experience using rostering or workforce management systems.
- Understanding of compliance and reporting processes in [insert industry, e.g. security, healthcare, logistics].
