Seeking a hands-on Project Coordinator to coordinate a diverse range of projects and provide high-level support to the team.

**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**:
We are looking for a motivated, proactive team player with a wide range of project delivery and governance experience. You will provide high-level support to the team with governance, reporting, and project delivery uplift across the program and its 12 projects as well as coordinate and prepare program-level briefings to enquiries.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Strong communication skills with the ability to write succinct and accurate formal correspondence including the preparation of reports, briefs, budgets, and documentation to a high standard.
- Extensive experience working in a project, program, or portfolio management office with an excellent understanding of project and program delivery and governance and reporting requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills, with the ability to consult with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
- Resilient and has the ability to work in a matrix environment.
- Tertiary qualifications in project management or equivalent will be highly regarded.
- Looking for 5+ years of experience.

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Government experience is required - Experience in the education sector would be highly regarded.
