**About the Company**

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join a large NSW government organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fun team to provide a range of project management, secretariat and support services contributing to the development and delivery of a range of projects on a 6 month contract based in Strawberry Hills / WFH flexibility.

**About the Role**
- Provide a range of project management, secretariat and support services including preparation of reports, minutes and briefs, maintaining project documentation implementing and monitoring project plans, to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards
- Use relevant technology to prepare documents and presentation material for project reporting, monitoring and evaluation purposes to ensure accessibility of quality information and contribute to the achievement of project outcomes
- Undertake the review and evaluation of operational policy and procedures to assess appropriateness, effectiveness and efficiency
- Undertake research, evaluation and analysis to identify opportunities / recommendations for improvement of governance
- Communicate with key stakeholders and coordinate working groups to facilitate exchange of information to support policy, project and legislative requirements for the delivery of divisional activities

**About you**
- Highly organised and able to execute implementing and monitoring project plans
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study and/or 3 years' experience in related field
- Knowledge of PRINCE2 project management methodology.
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to deal with all levels of stakeholders
