**The division**

**The opportunity**
Right now, we have an opportunity for an Asset Program Coordinator to join our Commercial Management team within the Planning and Programs branch.
The Asset Program Coordinator provides program support to the directorate across all asset classes, including traffic, bridges/tunnels, corridors, and pavement. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, this role is responsible for coordination and administration of programs including financial information and control systems, analysis of works program information and reporting.
**What you will be involved in**
Providing a range of administrative and support services to meet the financial needs of Greater Sydney Assets.
Providing support to the Asset Managers for the coordination of program reviews and support the monthly review process to ensure compliance with governance and reporting requirements.
Coordinating the timely provision of financial management information by verifying the accuracy of data inputs on project and program budgets, allocations, accruals, forecasts and expenditure through SAP and Transport EQUIP by preparing and reviewing reports, consulting with the relevant Asset Managers to ensure the integrity of the Asset program, and liaising with key external stakeholders such as Finance, Sydney Maintenance, and Program Controls as required.
Responding to and resolving enquiries and issues in a timely manner by undertaking problem solving and troubleshooting to ensure the provision of accurate asset program-related information.
Defining and implementing future state financial and program management processes to support a culture of continuous improvement.
Providing support to the Commercial Manager in business unit planning activities.
**About you**
We are looking for a highly organised Asset Program Coordinator who is a strategic thinker with strong data entry, reporting and coordination skills.
You have demonstrated experience in program administration and budget management and knowledge and experience in the use of financial management systems, including financial and program reporting.
You will be a resilient professional with great attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication with the ability to present information to a diverse audience.
You will be someone who has a successful track record in the ability to navigate and embrace change and reform, including supporting and encouraging a culture of strong governance, compliance, financial discipline, and integrity.
You possess strong interpersonal skills and are well versed in building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
You think creatively to solve problems and find solutions. You’re proactive and use your initiative and prioritisation skills to get things done.
You have worked in a team environment and have experience working under pressure to tight deadlines and have a successful track record in delivering great customer experience outcomes.
