Integra Windows and Doors Pty Ltd specialises in manufacturing double glazed windows and doors. Integra Windows and Doors Pty Ltd is currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic, organised and self-motivated Marketing Specialist.

**Your main duties will be as follows**:

- Advising on the development and implementation of plans for pricing, advertising and promoting
- Identifying market opportunities and promoting existing and new products range
- Analyse and report on the performance and efficiency of marketing campaigns
- Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product catalogues, banners, posters and ensure brand guidelines are met
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
- Creating and presenting the marketing plans
- Create and execute lead generation programs

**Skills and experience required for the role**:

- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
- Good understanding of traditional and digital marketing
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral are essential
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines are critical to succeed in this role

The expected salary range for this role is $70,000 to $85,000 depending on your experience and background.
