**Public Sector People (PSP) **are currently looking to speak to a
**Organisational Support Officer **to join a Local Government on a temporary basis.
- **_ASAP Start_**:

- **_5 month contract initially_**:

- **_North Eastern Suburbs_**:

- **_Band 5 hourly rate_**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with the OD Change Management Team Lead in the delivery of a contemporary learning and development program that aligns with Council’s strategic and regulatory objectives.
- Provide system administration support to the People & Culture team.
- Provide system administration support of Council’s Learning Management System.
- Assist in People and Culture projects.
- Undertake research, analysis and reporting.
- Provide assistance with the coordination and set up of training programs across the organisation
- Assist with embedding outcomes from employment lifecycle projects across the People & Culture function.
- Assist with creating purchase orders and receipting invoicing for the P&C team, as required.
- Assist with Organisation Induction Program

**Requirements Include**:
The following qualifications and/or experience are required for the position:

- Previous experience in a Human resources role or administration role
- Ability to and experience in delivery of quality customer service
- Ability to work as part of a team and achieving corporate goals
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource or related field
- Sound knowledge and understanding of the HR function or relevant work experience
- Experience using Microsoft Systems to coordinate initiatives and programs
- National Criminal History check
